We would use Figher Maker Ripper to get the sprites out, I'll work some magic to make said sprites nude, Hex Workshop to hex edit the original files so they can be opened in Fighter Maker 2nd (Don't worry, I can quickly do this for you no problem), and of course Fighter Maker 2nd to pack our nude sprites and create the new files that can replace the originals.No real modding experience is required as long as you can follow instructions, but it could help.
